Meet Dale Hendricks
CEO of Phezulu Contracting Group
I started Phezulu Contracting Group during my time attending university, with only R3000 savings, which I accumulated by selling cell phones, shoes, perfumes and whatever other products I realised people needed. This reflects my entrepreneurial spirit and I have brought this spirit into Phezulu Contracting Group. Since then, the company has exponentially grown and now holds a 4 general building preferential enterprise (4GB PE) rating with the Construction Industry Development Board. I have also spent some time working for medium and large construction companies mastering my craft.
Phezulu Contracting Group is a proudly family owned business and we pride ourselves in using our family-centred values in our day-to-day business operations, whilst maintaining professional standards. The company is registered with other industry statutory bodies such as the Building Industry Bargaining Council, Master Builders Association, National Home Building Regulatory Council, Department of Labour, and Southern African Revenue Services. I am also a registered member of the SACPCMP as a construction manager.
